I was 25 when I was diagnosed. Told that children weren't possible. I had my son a year later. Been to what feels like hundreds of doctors. Testing. Bloodwork. Seemed like I was a guinea pig.

I have 2 conditions

Now I have lupus. Been diagnosed since I was 16, back in 1991. So what worked for one failed the other. Was on injections. Pills. You name it I have tried it all. I have stopped treating my AS and now only treating my lupus. I know I will never be fixed and that's ok. I still live life as much as I can. Smile and bear through the pain. My family calls me Superwoman. But I don't see that. With this pandemic, we all need to be careful. Working in the health field I have seen some stuff lately. Stay safe and healthy. God Bless.
