   <p>Hi <inline-mention username="Neelgala03" user-id="4524504"/> ,<br/><br/><br/>I can definitely relate to this feeling of being stuck in a nightmare after being diagnosed. It was a scary and confusing time for me as well and I am ever so sorry that you are going through this now.<br/><br/><br/>But I can tell you that these feelings won&#39;t last forever. The further down this journey with AS you go the more you will get used to things and start understanding your body more. Better days are coming just keep your head up and like your photo says - stay positive!<br/><br/><br/>I also saw that you mentioned that your legs are swollen and in pain. I had the same problem when I was first diagnosed and found that some diet changes helped me a lot. In fact, we can learn to live with it and there are ways to alleviate symptoms and adapt to a new life. <br/>You are not alone in this, we are here in you need support.
