Diagnosed and can’t go back to doctor

I have been diagnosed, but due to loss of insurance I can’t go back to the doctor, I can’t afford the meds nor can I get a prescription.
I have so much pain, I can hardly walk, stand long enough to dishes or sleep at night. I am so tired of fighting this mess of a diagnosis.
