Wellbutrin
I recently read that Wellbutrin has the ability to lower TNF-alpha and possesses anti-inflammatory properties. Just wondering if anyone has tried Wellbutrin for their AS?
hi. I have been on Wellbutrin for a few years. It works well for AS. I started using it to quit smoking originally and my Dr noticed I was previously on it and said it’s off label for pain. It also improves mood.

I use Wellbutrin and deal with AS. Sadly I have not noticed much difference. This ran with what my Psychirastrist said might happened when I asked him to start me on Wellbutrin. His comment was that doe some people it works wonders and for others not much of anything at all.

rick - moderatorThank you for your reply, Rick! I’m sorry to hear it hasn’t helped with your pain. I was thinking of giving it a try, but am always hesitant to start any medication - especially antidepressants!
