How Does the Changing Weather Impact Your AS/AxSpA?

How does the changing weather impact your AS/AxSpA?

  1. Thanks for sharing this - the cold weather without a doubt affects me similarly as well. What are some ways you treat your peripheral and entheseal pain throughout the seasons? Wishing you a wonderful holiday season. Rebecca (community moderator)

    1. OOPS! Pls forgive incongruent subject/predict!!

    2. - sounds like a perfect strategy to ward off the pain from enthesitis. It plagues me so much in the cold months and I'm in Arizona where "cold" is in the 50s and 60s. I find it hard to do any activity such as knitting, painting, or macrame. Thanks for the ideas that help you through. Rebecca (community moderator)

  2. All that’s ok but I’m a 69 yr old widow and I need to get things done! Everyone I know works and has families so I have to rely on myself. Me. Only me.

    1. ever so sorry to hear you have few to rely on when in need. I hope you find some encouragement and support here on our site. We are here for support and always rooting for you to have better health. With warm regards, Rebecca (community moderator)

  3. Cooler weather is a great change here in MS. Once the cold kicks in, I tend to have more peripheral pain in my wrists, thumbs, knees and most significantly (every fall/winter like clockwork) severe elbow pain due to enthesitis.
