Today is a rough day but I have learned to be kind to myself, and take advantage of down time by catching up on reading, sewing, long magnesium baths, etc. On better days, I take advantage of my mobility by doing something I enjoy. Everyday, I choose to focus on how blessed I am and do something that gives me joy.

Thank you Anthony, I am doing better today. Always feels great being productive, and being outside is even better. Hope you are doing good as well.

Thanks! I couln't agree more. I'm looking forward to some good weather this weekend. I'm stuck inside in the rain today.

Have my heated bean bag on, taken my meds. Guess it's time to go take a hot bath. I keep my thoughts on the days that there is less pain or the today I feel excellent, I understand my days to weeks will fluctuate. I try to deal with the pain of the moment, getting lost in it makes it worse for me.

I'm happy to hear that even though you were in pain, you were still able to get outside a bit today. I have heard from other community members that rain can definitely affect their pain levels. I really hope the hot bath helps and that tomorrow brings you less pain. Wishing you all the best. - Bridget (team member)
