Exercises that have helped keeping you flexible

Just looking for great exercises that have worked for folks to keep you flexible and easing pain

  1. I do stretches before I get out of bed. Also range of motion for all joints.

    1. I really enjoy weight lifting (starting light) and doing Virtual reality workouts! I like the VR because it's more like a game and I find that it somewhat distracts me from pain I may be feeling. Sort of makes you forget about it and is like a little escape. Bike riding is also really popular amongst AS patients as well!
