  1. I actually find that going out for a brisk walk with my dog helps me as I don't feel as cold when I return home after getting active and getting the blood pumping throughout my body 😉 then a hot water bottle and a nice cup of tea finish the trick!

    1. My cousin was so thoughtful to buy me an electric throw and a beautiful little tea kettle along with earl grey tea. Best gifts ever!!! Now I don’t have to tote my old electric throw from room to room all day. We don’t get snow much but cold rain turns me into a painful statue

      1. What a great gift! It's heartening to know you have supportive people around you. Having tools to stay warm and cozy can indeed make a significant difference in easing the discomfort that comes with cold weather. Hoping your new year is prosperous and joyful. 2. I try to stay warm with layers of clothing, portable heaters in several rooms, heating pads, and my favorite hot tea, lemon ginger.

      1. Some great ways to keep warm this December! Thanks for sharing. Love the hot lemon and ginger tea. Wishing you a safe and happy holiday season. Warmly - Rebecca (community moderator)

    3. Fleece, lots of movement (walking off/on for hours) and heating pads.

      1. ,
Great suggestions! (I love my warm cozy fleece as well).
It's great to hear you are doing a lot of movement/walking.
        That's awesome!
